A sweet sister from Piriapolis planned a great event. She organized the first ever Reunion of Missionaries who served in Uruguay. We didn't find out about it until Friday night so I had to scramble to think about the food I wanted to bring. Fortunately, we had no capilla abierta scheduled so our day was free. We started with breakfast and I made breakfast burritos. They loved them. We then had a meeting in the Carrasco chapel where both President Cook and President Smith talked. President Ventura (temple) could not come, so they asked Mike to speak as well. The event was not well attended, but it was the first and maybe with a bit more notice, more people will come next year, although we will not be attending.
