We made our last trip (at least for capilla abiertas) up to the Melo area this weekend. No cooking today so we headed up north towards Melo. On our way Mike needed to do some plumbing repair in the elders apartment who live in Jose P Varela. Plumbing is his favorite thing to do! Elder Vega and Elder Guix helped alot though. It was fun to observe them. They laughed as much as the sisters do as they were tearing sinks off walls and doing other fix up things for Elder Burnett. We were there for 4 hours and finally got their plumbing problems resolved. They worked hard so we invited them to go out to dinner with us.
We ended up at a cute parilla and the food was excellent.

Love it! Wish Dad was closer so I could just ask him questions when they strike me instead of needing to wait for a Facetime call. Ah well, it is good to see him sharing with others, We as a family have had him all to ourselves for quite a while.
