2 Mission Conference Miracle

We finally received the keys to the Anderson's apartment. They are flying in this Friday so we have alot of things to do to get their apartment all ready for them.  The Harris' have been a great help. Everything was pretty clean EXCEPT the bathroom. I probably spent 4 hours just scrubbing years of gunk off the shower tiles. I really could have used Formula 409 today and it would have taken half the time.

 It was all yellow, but after scrubbing it was back to a beautiful white.  

Mike updated some lighting in the bathroom too, so now it is a bathroom fit for use.

There were alot of antics done in trying to get all the furniture up 8 floors on the small elevator.

We continue to move things out of our apartment and the deposito to get the Anderson's apartment ready by Friday.  But we also helped pack sack lunches for everyone in our mission.  We had a 2 mission conference today with Elder Craig C Christensen and his wife.  They both speak fluent Spanish. I wish I could tell you what they said, but I can't keep up. They Spirit was great though! But here is the miracle. Conference is all planned. A week before, there is news that the busses are going to go on stirke the day of the conference.  Busses are the only way to get all the missionaries from the whole country into Montevideo.  Two days before the conference, they settled and canceled the strike. ;)  We know Who's in charge!
