We had a turkey
feast this evening. Sister Pugmire had
acquired a turkey from Sister Newsome before she went home. We prepared it today. I cooked the turkey which barely fit in my
teeny oven. I was concerned that it
might not have been done enough. It was a smaller turkey and should have only
taken 4 hours. But after 5 hours, I was
still concerned. It turned out perfect
though. We had veggies, mashed potatoes,
gravy, apple salad, 5 dozen rolls, homemade raspberry jam, and ice cream. The best part was that there were 16 of us
and we all sat around our table. By the way, there was no food left! Enjoy
